We are Oliver and Amy Jenner and we moved to France three years ago to follow our dream of living and working abroad.  
Oliver, a trained english butcher set up Le Cochon D'Argent in 2006 using English craftmanship and the finest French produce to create a range of speciality sausages, bacon, gammons and roasting joints (with its own crackling of course!).
We use the finest locally reared French Pork to make over thirty different flavours of sausages ranging from the traditional English pork sausages such as Lincolnshire or Cumberland to the more exotic South African Boerwoers, Italian Sun dried Tomato and Basil and Rustic French Garlic and Parsley. 
Based in the Poitou Charentes region of France we are currently present at four regional farmers markets a week (schedule link above).
